Returns & refunds

Changed your mind or received a faulty item? Here's how returns work on Tweekart.

Return window

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Some categories — such as opened software or hygiene-sensitive accessories — may be non-returnable; this is noted on the product page before you buy.

Condition for return

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.
  • The invoice or order ID is available for verification.
  • For refurbished items, the certification seal is intact.

How to start a return

Go to your orders, open the order, and choose Return. Tell us what's wrong and what you'd like us to do. We'll arrange a pickup or share a drop-off option.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Online payments are typically refunded within 5–7 business days; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or as Tweekart credit.

Replacements

For a defective or wrong item, you can request a replacement instead of a refund where stock is available. If we can't replace it, we'll refund you in full, including delivery charges.
