These terms govern your use of Tweekart. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Tweekart is an online marketplace for new and refurbished electronics, connecting customers, B2B buyers, sellers, and agents on one platform. We provide the platform; sellers are responsible for the products they list.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Business accounts (B2B and seller) require valid GST and KYC verification.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is a binding offer once payment is authorised or a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, and will refund any amount already paid.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner. B2B orders may be settled by bank transfer and are confirmed only after we verify the receipt. Seller payouts and agent commissions are governed by the schedules shown in their respective dashboards.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled per our returns policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a returned item is received and inspected.

6. Seller obligations

  • List products accurately, including condition for refurbished items.
  • Hold valid GST and provide tax invoices where required.
  • Ship within the committed handling time and honour the catalogue price.
  • Tweekart deducts the agreed commission before remitting payouts.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Tweekart to post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, to scrape the platform, or to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for violations.

8. Liability

Tweekart is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
